Sarah Somian is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) and Wellness Coach, who attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, in Toronto, Ontario. Sarah’s mantra is the Latin saying– “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano” : A Sound Mind in a Healthy Body.
She firmly believes that holistic and vibrant health can be achieved once body, mind and spirit are equally tended for.
It is this conviction that drives Sarah’s dedication to help you adopt healthier thought patterns, nutritional habits and lifestyle choices.
Sarah’s passion for health and nutritious foods started at a young age in Belgium, her country of origin. There, she enjoyed the most delectable meals of the different cultures from which she originated—namely Italian, Ivorian and Belgian.
It was only years later however, while studying Health and Psychology at McGill that she slowly started to see the link between healthy nutritious foods and a healthy mind. After experiencing first-hand the powerful benefits of eating clean and maintaining a healthy relationship with oneself, Sarah was convinced she had found the perfect way to sustain and manage her own health but also that of her loved ones and family members.
It was then that holistic nutrition emerged as her life’s passion and she decided to pursue it as a career.
Today, after helping many clients reach their health goals, Sarah is convinced that anyone can achieve sparkling health through healthy and delicious whole foods. The keys to a fulfilling and happy life for her are to: love yourself, do what YOU love, move everyday, nourish your body with REAL foods and most of all enjoy your life on a DAILY basis!
