Though I am no chef extraordinaire, I am a real foodie at heart. People who know me will tell you: Sarah loves to eat! What am I to say ? It’s true. I enjoy good foods and now that I have a passion for healthy nutrition, food has become even more an integral part of my life- and rightfully so!

I absolutely love to discover new recipes, tweak them out a bit to my liking, or create them from scratch. Food not only fuels me, it inspires me. So, whenever I make something that excites me to the core, I just HAVE to share it with you all with the hope that it will give you as much pleasure, joy and inspiration to continue on with your journey to delicious and vibrant health.
