    To be honest, I did not know what to expect from a 10 day sugar free detox, but I figured why not give it a try, and I’m glad I did!

    Not only did I learn a lot about nutrition through the e-guide, but it also made me try new foods and ingredients, and taught me how to cook them in a very simple way, yet very tasty.

    The recipes were easy to follow, and the guide incorporated many tips on how to prepare for the week and alternatives when eating out.

    In terms of health benefits, I must say I did feel more energized and happy with my body. Whether it was simply because I knew I was providing my body with healthy nutrients or because it was the direct benefits of the good food I was eating, all I know is there can only be positives to eating healthy ! While losing weight was not an objective of mine, I did lose 1 kg. Additionally, my adult acne definitely reduced due to the lower sugar levels, helping with the skin inflammation.

    What I loved the most, is how I have now integrated so many of these recipes in my weekly routine, even after the 10-day detox.

    Whether you want to try it for the detox or as a source of healthy recipes, you will definitely appreciate having this guide to accompany you on your healthy journey, highly recommend !

    I was hesitant at first because I always wondered what there would be left to eat, lol!
    But this guide walks you through the process. It not only provides easy recipes for daily meals, but it also includes information that helps you better understand why a sugar detox is needed!
    I’m amazed at how much sugar is hidden in things you wouldn’t even expect to have sugar in the first place!!
    Education is key! And this guidebook does exactly that in a simple way.

    Even though I did not follow it to the T (new mom hussle), it’s a guide that I know I can refer to whenever and is not about the 10 days only – so it’s totally worth the investment. There are so many recipes, I love that. Who says going sugar-free has to be boring?!
    Definitely recommend it 🙂

    I’m not very responsive to “go, go, go” mentality or pushing myself to be 100% strict with any type of diet. I can do it but it usually leads to more slipping backwards in the long run because then every time I have something sweet, it feels like a “special occasion” and then it’s used as a way to escape stress in life. This detox has been a really calming way to bring attentiveness and accountability to my diet without the stress. Thank you to Sarah for creating the guide. I’m sure I’ll use it at least 100x before I get the chance to make and try every tip and recipe. Definitely worth the purchase.

    I am a self-proclaimed sugar addict. I joined the sugar detox challenge to try and reset a bit and to motivate me to live a healthier lifestyle. Not only do I feel better about my health, I also feel like my mood and overall attitude toward sugar has changed for the better.
    I absolutely LOVED the recipes and have continued to make them since I finished the challenge. My absolute favorite is the smoothie recipes. I can now say that I am no longer addicted to sugar and my relationship with sweets is much healthier now.
