You will quickly realize that I am borderline “obsessed” with smoothies, especially green smoothies!

Ever since I switched to a plant-based diet (one in which I eat mostly plant foods, with eggs & fish occasionally ), smoothies have been a staple in my meals, especially for breakfast. I love smoothies because they are a quick and efficient way for me to fuel up with raw vegetables and fruits, all year long. Plus bonus: they are absolutely delicious and very satisfying ;).
